Returns & Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, while supplies last.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition; unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

Because pieces are made in limited runs, exchanges depend on availability.
All other sales are final.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact admin@blindroam.com immediately and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right with a refund or replacement, while supplies last.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact admin@blindroam.com.
